We know how important it is to maintain staff mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic but many medical staff do not have the time or resources for self-care. We are a team of clinical psychologists fundraising to subsidise 95% of our usual rates so that MOH frontliners pay only RM10 for a 50-minute session until the MCO ends. Scroll down to find out more information on how to donate!
The latest research reports that health professionals, especially those working in hospitals caring for people with confirmed or suspected 2019-nCoV pneumonia, are vulnerable to both high risk of infection and mental health problems (such as depression, anxiety, fear and frustration) (1, 2).
We want to make sure that you are cared for even as you care for us!
All sessions will be held online through Zoom.
To sign up to see a psychologist, please complete the form below. We will match you with a psychologist within 24 hours upon receipt of payment.
We will do our best to give you your preferred slot but please note that appointments are on a first come first serve basis.
